Because Easter falls on conference Sunday this year, I thought it would be nice to have the kids wear their new Easter clothes this Sunday. So we have a picture of them first standing in the sun and mom finally getting that they can't see to give a good smile so we change to a different area in the yard. I just love this picture call me crazy but I love the messed up pictures the most. Then we Meg in her nice Easter dress. Then we have Jake and Ben looking so sharp in their matching Easter outfits. Then finally a nice picture of the three of them together. I would love to give you a picture of the older boys Josh and Travis, but by the time I get myself put together to get pictures taken, they are gone to their priesthood meeting. Besides we all know how much they really miss getting their pictures taken. Just picture two really good looking missionaries and you will see Josh and Travis in their Easter clothes. So I got the order of the pictures wrong and I really don't want to spend time changing them so start from the bottom and you will be able to follow what I wrote!

Not Sure...
So after reading my last post on the missing out on first things with the kids my mother-in-law reminded me of somethings. After a morning of shopping with her which I love doing by the way. (I do have the best mother-in-law in the world) Anyway, she reminded me that I have a lot of first to come with my kids, first time driver license, first date, first going away to school, first going on a mission, the list can go on and on. But I'm not sure I am going to enjoy those first like I enjoyed the baby first stuff. Like driving, Josh driving, I know how he wants to drive because he tells me how to drive almost everyday. Dating with Travis the girls already will not leave him alone, and we will not even get into when Meg has her first baby. Lets just say I hope to be far away until the labor is over, then I will start the grandma thing and mother support. I know my mother-in-law is right there are just as many first to come, but like I said I'm not sure I'm ready. After all I'm still very young maybe to young to think about all that. Oh but wait, it starts in a year with driving and dating, and a little over 4 years and the mission thing. Boy, I better get started on preparing for those first. Somehow the first word, the first walk, the first run, the first day of school is looking nice right now!!!
